The MSA officers are President, 4 Vice Presidents and a Secretary Treasurer, all of which are Past Potentates of their respective Shrine Center. The President and four VPs are a moving line with the President being elected the Year his Shrine Center hosts the MSA Sessions. The Winter Business Meeting with general business, election & installation of officers, education sessions and unit association meetings, is normally held in Mid-February. The Summer Convention is a fun time with parade(s), competitions displays, etc. for young and old Nobles, Ladies and Families and is normally held beginning of August. These dates are selected by the host temple normally the first year (4th VP is elected to the line) for both Winter & Summer Sessions. The MSA Sec/Treasurer is responsible to run the Winter Business Meeting other than picking the date and selecting the HQ hotel.
